TrueNorth Online Coaching Terms and Conditions
1. Program Enrollment
By enrolling in online coaching with TrueNorth Performance Collective LLC, the client agrees to participate in the selected coaching tier and follow the terms outlined below.
The client’s selected coaching tier, billing rate, billing date, and membership type will be confirmed during enrollment.
2. Online Coaching Membership Options
Online coaching is available as either a 12-month agreement or a month-to-month membership.
The 12-month agreement receives the standard monthly rate.
Month-to-month membership costs $50 more per month than the standard monthly rate because it provides more flexibility and does not require a 12-month commitment.
Founding Client Pricing
For the first 5 clients:
-
Foundation: $149/month with 12-month agreement
-
Foundation Month-to-Month: $199/month
-
Collective: $249/month with 12-month agreement
-
Collective Month-to-Month: $299/month
-
Elite: $399/month with 12-month agreement
-
Elite Month-to-Month: $449/month
Founding pricing is only available while the client’s membership remains active and in good standing.
If the client cancels, pauses, fails to pay, or later re-enrolls, founding pricing is not guaranteed.
3. Online Coaching Delivery
Online coaching services may be delivered through digital workout documents, Google Sheets, email, video links, check-in forms, shared resources, or another approved coaching platform.

Form review is for coaching feedback only. It does not diagnose injuries, treat pain, or replace evaluation from a licensed medical provider.
Additional form reviews may be offered at Coach Zach’s discretion or for an added fee.
9. Nutrition Guidance
Nutrition guidance may include general education, calorie and protein education, macro guidance, meal structure, grocery guidance, dining-out strategies, hydration habits, and sample meal ideas.
TrueNorth Performance Collective LLC does not provide medical nutrition therapy, diagnose medical conditions, treat disease, prescribe diets for medical conditions, or replace care from a physician, registered dietitian, or licensed healthcare provider.
Clients with medical conditions, pregnancy, eating disorder history, prescribed dietary needs, eating disorder history, or other health concerns should consult a qualified healthcare provider before following nutrition recommendations.
10. Health and Injury Disclosure
The client agrees to disclose any known injuries, pain, limitations, medical conditions, medications, or health concerns that may affect exercise participation.
The client understands that exercise carries inherent risk, including soreness, discomfort, injury, or other complications.
The client agrees to stop any exercise that causes sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, numbness, or other concerning symptoms, and to seek medical care when appropriate.

TrueNorth Performance Collective LLC does not manually collect, store, or process full credit card information through this agreement.
12. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, coaching services may be paused until the balance is paid.
Missed or failed payments do not cancel the agreement, waive the cancellation policy, or remove responsibility for any outstanding balance.
If payment is not corrected within a reasonable time, TrueNorth Performance Collective LLC may suspend or terminate coaching access.
13. Rate Changes
Pricing is locked in for the client’s current agreement term.
Upon renewal or transition into a new agreement, pricing may increase.
Any pricing increase for a renewed contract will not exceed 10% unless the client chooses to upgrade tiers, change services, switch membership types, or enroll under a new offer.
14. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the client’s selected membership type.
12-Month Agreement
Clients enrolled in a 12-month agreement must provide 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
The final billing date that falls within the 30-day notice period will be the final required monthly charge.
The client may choose to:
-
Keep the final bill date as scheduled and use remaining coaching access through the paid period, or
-
Be charged earlier and continue using services until the paid coaching period ends
If the client chooses to stop coaching immediately, the client may forfeit remaining services and still be responsible for:
-
50% of the remaining agreement balance, plus
-
A $75 cancellation fee
Month-to-Month Membership
Month-to-month memberships are billed at a higher rate because they provide more flexibility.
Month-to-month clients may cancel with written notice and are responsible for the $75 cancellation fee, but they are not required to complete a final month payment unless that payment has already been billed or processed.
15. No Refunds
